Service directions

We review both China-to-Japan and Japan-to-China inquiries. Collection, international transport, storage, customs-related coordination, and delivery may be arranged with external logistics companies, customs brokers, and warehouse partners.

Scope and restrictions

Cargo type, dimensions, weight, quantity, value, origin, destination, required date, and related documents must be reviewed first. Dangerous goods, regulated goods, temperature-controlled cargo, and other restricted items require partner confirmation and may not be accepted.

Process

Inquiry and cargo details → feasibility review → partner coordination → proposal and confirmed conditions → shipment support. Routes, prices, transit times, insurance, customs clearance capability, and storage arrangements are not promised before confirmation.
